Role & responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth, structured, and welcoming experience for new hires. Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions covering company overview, policies, and system setup. Provide continuous support to new joiners throughout onboarding and probation, acting as their primary point of contact for queries or concerns. Maintain accurate onboarding records and track key metrics (e.g., completion timelines, feedback scores, performance) to monitor effectiveness and scalability. Collaborate with HRBPs to conduct monthly manager-employee feedback sessions during probation. Explore and implement innovative, scalable onboarding approaches to enhance experience and impact. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and internal communication strategies. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend data-driven actions to boost morale and productivity. Conduct periodic one-on-one check-ins to assess employee well-being, satisfaction, and development needs. Collect and analyze exit feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for retention. Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns or grievances. Address and resolve issues with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring alignment with HR policies.
