Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Works closely with Operations team and assists line Managers and (or) Supervisors to create awareness about HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and coordinate with backend HR operations team for accurate inputs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys
  • Support employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Provide accurate advice on issues arising from employment contracts and company policies
  • Conduct exit interviews and support employees in exit formalities.
  • Regular publishing of MIS and dashboards to relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and employee recognition programs.
