Role Overview

Email Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage outbound email campaigns for prospecting and lead nurturing.
• Work with tools like

  Apollo, Saleshandy, Instantly

  (or similar) for prospecting and campaign execution.
• Segment contact lists, run A/B tests, and monitor performance to optimize campaign results.
• Maintain and enrich lead databases with accurate and relevant prospect information.
• Leverage and adapt to modern automation workflows using AI tools such as

  Clay, N8N, Zapier

  .
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and reporting.
• Ensure high deliverability and compliance with email best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  email automation / sales engagement

  using Apollo, Instantly, Saleshandy, or related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to optimize campaigns for higher conversions.
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to quickly learn new AI-driven tools (Clay, N8N, etc.).
• Prior experience in

  eCommerce tech or B2B SaaS

  is a strong plus.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for personalization and tone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
