We are searching for a result-driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in generating qualified leads from the US healthcare and medical billing sector. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with email campaign tools, segmentation strategies, and performance analysis, focusing on B2B lead generation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns directed towards US healthcare providers and medical billing decision-makers. Identify and construct email lists of potential clients within the US healthcare billing space. Create compelling email content and subject lines tailored to the healthcare audience. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for improved engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with the business development team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, emphasizing healthcare RCM or medical billing lead generation in the US market. Thorough understanding of email automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc. Proven ability to generate high-quality B2B leads in the healthcare sector. Excellent written communication and analytical skills. Willingness to work in US Shift (Night Shift) from our Bangalore (Koramangala) office. Experience in utilizing CRM tools to manage and nurture leads is advantageous.
