Email Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate quality leads in the healthcare domain. Your role will involve creating compelling email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to maximize open and conversion rates. Additionally, you will manage and segment email lists to ensure personalized and relevant communication. It will be crucial to track, measure, and report campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, etc., and optimize accordingly. Compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and HIPAA guidelines will be a key aspect of the role. Researching and identifying potential healthcare leads, as well as maintaining CRM records, will be part of your responsibilities. You may need to make follow-up calls to US-based prospects to qualify and nurture leads. Collaboration with sales and business development teams will also be essential to align strategies and achieve lead generation goals. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2+ years of experience in email marketing within the healthcare domain. You should have a strong knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc., and hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management. A proven track record of generating and nurturing healthcare leads through email campaigns is necessary. Excellent written communication and content creation skills are vital, as well as the ability to work in US shift timings (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST). You should also be comfortable making professional follow-up calls to US prospects and possess strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of marketing automation platforms, experience with AI-driven email personalization tools, and familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements.,
