DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (DBA)

As a Database Administrator (DBA), your primary responsibility will be to design, install, configure, and maintain company databases. Monitoring database performance, implementing changes, and applying new patches and versions will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will manage database backup, recovery, and migration processes. Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to optimize database designs will be crucial in this role. You will be responsible for creating and managing user permissions and roles. Regular tests and evaluations need to be performed to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity. Troubleshooting database-related issues and providing timely resolutions will be necessary to maintain database efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position must have proven experience as a DBA and hands-on experience with technologies like Angular, .Net Core, API, and MS SQL. Strong knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery is essential. Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding is required. A good understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations is also necessary. An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills is important for this role.
