• Perform basic & detailed engineering for control and instrumentation systems.
• Develop and review P&IDs, instrumentation layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare technical specifications for instruments, valves, analyzers, cables, JB, trays, sensors, and flow elements.
• Prepare and review engineering documents such as:
• Instrument Index
• I/O List
• Hookup Drawings
• Loop Drawings
• Cable Schedules
• BOM & BOQ

• Lead and guide the E&I team in project execution and site activities.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, loop checks, and troubleshooting of field instruments, control systems, and MCC panels.
• Ensure smooth integration of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and field instrumentation systems.
• Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and clients for technical discussions and approvals.
• Conduct pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup support.

• Evaluate and finalize vendors for instrumentation & electrical equipment.
• Manage procurement activities, including vendor discussions, technical evaluation, and negotiations.
• Monitor project budgets, cost estimation, and subcontracting activities.

• Ensure compliance with OSHE, NEC, NFPA, and ISA-5.1 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for site execution.
• Participate in HSE audits and industrial safety programs.

• Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Participate in review meetings, progress tracking, and technical discussions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
