Job Title: Education Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only) Industry: Education / EdTech / Training Locations: Gujarat - Surat Adajan/ Surat Varachha / Anand / Gandhinagar / Navsari Experience Required: 1 - 4 Years Budget: Up to 4.2 LPA Job Summary: We are hiring female Education Counsellors who can guide and counsel students and parents about educational programs. The role focuses on converting student inquiries into admissions through professional, structured communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents via phone, walk-ins, or online platforms regarding academic programs and admissions. Understand student interests, educational background, and career goals to recommend suitable courses. Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into successful enrollments. Maintain regular communication with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Meet monthly targets for inquiries handled, conversions, and admissions. Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel sheets. Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure student onboarding. Candidate Requirements: Only female candidates eligible to apply. Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates from the education or counselling background. 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or education counselling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Good command of MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong persuasion skills and result-driven approach. Preferred Background: Experience in EdTech companies, coaching centers, universities, or counselling firms.
