Role Overview

Demand Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Execute
outbound

calling

and

email

outreach
to target accounts and ICPs
Generate
qualified

meetings

and

sales

opportunities
for the sales team
Research and identify key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Digital, Engineering)
Maintain daily calling activity and follow-up cadence using CRM tools
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT / MEDDIC-style criteria
Work closely with sales to support
account-based

prospecting
and named account plays
Re-engage dormant leads and existing accounts through structured calling campaigns
Maintain accurate lead, call, and activity data in CRM

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years in
B2B

demand

generation,

inside

sales,

or

lead

generation
Strong experience in
cold

calling,

discovery

conversations,

and

objection handling
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with
senior

stakeholders

and

decision-makers
Experience using
CRM

tools

Ability to work with targets for
calls,

pipeline.
