Role Overview

Demand Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute

    outbound

    calling

    and

    email

    outreach

    to target accounts and ICPs
  • Generate

    qualified

    meetings

    and

    sales

    opportunities

    for the sales team
  • Research and identify key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of IT, Digital, Engineering)
  • Maintain daily calling activity and follow-up cadence using CRM tools
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT / MEDDIC-style criteria
  • Work closely with sales to support

    account-based

    prospecting

    and named account plays
  • Re-engage dormant leads and existing accounts through structured calling campaigns
  • Maintain accurate lead, call, and activity data in CRM

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years in

    B2B

    demand

    generation,

    inside

    sales,

    or

    lead

    generation

  • Strong experience in

    cold

    calling,

    discovery

    conversations,

    and

    objection handling

  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with

    senior

    stakeholders

    and

    decision-makers

  • Experience using

    CRM

    tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
  • Ability to work with targets for

    calls,

    meetings,

    and

    pipeline.

Good to Have

  • Experience selling or supporting sales for

    IT

    consulting

    /

    IT

    services

    /

    SaaS

  • Familiarity with

    Cloud,

    AI,

    Digital

    Transformation

    offerings
  • Exposure to

    partner-led

    GTM

    or co-sell motions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
