Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across Sudathi’s website and quick commerce platforms.
• Track and analyze website performance, customer journeys, and sales data.
• Coordinate with operations and tech teams to ensure smooth product availability, fast order fulfillment, and minimal downtime.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchases, and cart abandonment.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, website management, or digital retail (D2C preferred).
• Strong knowledge of website optimization, and customer funnel management.
• Familiarity with CMS/eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, or custom setups.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a plus.
