In just a short time, we’ve sealed a 3-shark deal on Shark Tank India, partnered with Mouni Roy as our brand ambassador, ranked among the Top 100 shopping apps, and became the first saree brand on Quick Commerce. With bold moves and rapid growth, Sudathi is reshaping affordable ethnic fashion.

As a Creative Content Strategist at Sudathi, you will be the driving force behind content that informs, inspires, and converts. You’ll craft strategies that blend creativity with performance, ensuring our voice remains strong across platforms. From campaign ideation to execution, you’ll own the storytelling that connects Sudathi to millions of men and women across India.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Sudathi’s brand vision, growth goals, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Plan and execute SEO-driven content strategies to boost organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
  • Create engaging blog posts, website content, landing pages, and product descriptions optimized for high-ranking keywords.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, influencer marketing, and social media managers to ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms.
  • Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithms, SEO best practices, and emerging digital trends to keep Sudathi ahead of the curve.
  • Ideate and deliver culturally relevant content and blog topics that align with Indian fashion, festive moments, and customer behavior.
  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and refine strategies for maximum impact.


What We’re Looking For


  • 2+ years of experience in a content, strategy, or creative lead role (agency or brand side).
  • Strong grasp of fashion, culture, and consumer behavior, especially in the D2C space.
  • Prior experience with digital-first campaigns, especially short-form content.
  • Ability to write compelling campaign copy, and creative briefs.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with high-volume content needs.
