Creative Content Strategist

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic professional to join our team as a Content Creative Strategist. In this role, you will guide our content creation team with fresh ideas, concepts, and creative directions that enhance the quality, engagement, and marketability of our content. You will collaborate closely with videographers, designers, and the marketing team to develop content that stands out and aligns with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas for videos, campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
• Work closely with the videography and marketing teams to plan shoots and ensure content is engaging and impactful.
• Analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to propose fresh and relevant ideas.
• Create content briefs, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists as needed.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, visual style, and messaging across all content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Suggest strategies to improve content performance, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor analytics to understand what works and refine creative directions.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Creative Strategist, or similar role.

· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent understanding of social media trends and audience engagement techniques.

· Experience working with video production teams is an advantage.

· Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Media, or related field (preferred).
