Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning:

  Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and brand growth across digital platforms.

• Creative Direction:

  Lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-quality content, from social media campaigns and ad films to blogs and digital assets, by writing creative briefs and guiding writers, designers, and video teams.

• Campaign Development:

  Collaborate with brand, production, and media teams to translate business goals into creative, data-driven campaign ideas.

• Performance & Optimisation:

  Analyse content performance using data insights and platform analytics to refine strategies and maximise impact.

• Audience & Market Research:

  Stay attuned to industry trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• 6–7 years of proven experience

  in content strategy, brand communication, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
• Strong grasp of

  storytelling, social media strategy, campaign planning, and content analytics.

• Excellent

  writing, editing, and presentation

  skills with a knack for turning ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• Proficiency with

  social media and advertising tools

  (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and familiarity with performance metrics.
