Creative Content Strategist

Enlight Studios is a boutique social media marketing agency dedicated to elevating brands through highly aesthetic and performance-driven digital content. With a focus on quality and luxury, 90% of our client portfolio is composed of high-end jewelers and the jewelry business. We are looking for someone to not only drive our creative output but also actively grow our business and client roster.

The Opportunity: Remote

We are seeking a high-impact individual to serve as both our primary creative authority and a driver of new business. This role is essential for streamlining operations, improving content quality, and achieving measurable growth.

This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

This role requires a unique blend of creativity, decisiveness, and proactive sales effort. You will be expected to make a visible, positive change in our business operations and revenue.

1. Creative Strategy & Decision-Making (60%)

• Autonomous Creative Direction: Serve as the go-to expert for creative project strategy. You will make independent, final decisions on content style, visual themes, and aesthetic execution for small-to-midsize client tasks.
• Aesthetic Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing content meets an exceptional standard of visual appeal and luxury, aligning with high-end jewelry and fashion branding (what is "pleasing to the eye").
• Team Leadership & Guidance: Provide clear direction to content creators, allowing the team to execute tasks efficiently without needing constant founder approval.

2. Business Development & Outreach (40%)

• Proactive Prospecting: Identify, target, and initiate contact with new potential jewelry industry clients.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Conduct outreach through professional channels, including email campaigns, WhatsApp messages, social media direct contact, and direct calls.
• Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, aiming to secure initial meetings and move prospects toward a signed contract.
• Informing & Advocating: Use your industry understanding to inform prospects about our unique services and how we can make a difference in their business.

What We’re Looking For

• Decisive & Autonomous: The ability to confidently and quickly make both creative and strategic decisions and establish clear paths forward.
• Creative Foundation & Aesthetic Judgment: A natural and refined eye for design, composition, and luxury. A solid understanding of the jewelry and luxury fashion world is crucial.
• Proactive & Assertive: A self-starter with a proven desire to seek out and secure new business opportunities. Must be comfortable with consistent outreach and following up.
• Experience: 2+ years in a hybrid role, or demonstrated success in both creative/content roles and business development/sales roles.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills—essential for both guiding a creative team and winning over a new client.
