Creative Content Strategist

As a Creative Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing attention-grabbing and scroll-stopping video and visual creatives for performance ads and social media platforms. Your focus will be on driving clicks, installs, and conversions for our mobile and web app portfolio. Your main duties will include planning and ideating ad creatives for various campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. You will collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-performing ad videos and graphics. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing compelling copy and script hooks for short-form content, analyzing creative performance metrics, researching trends and competitor ads, and aligning messaging and tone with marketing and product teams. You will also be required to build creative briefs and mood boards to guide the design and editing teams effectively. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2+ years of experience in performance-focused content or advertising. You should possess a proven ability to create content strategies for mobile apps or digital products. Your passion for hook-first storytelling, visual hierarchy, and thumb-stopping motion should be evident, along with a strong understanding of ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. Comfort with analyzing performance data to adjust creative direction is crucial, and experience with tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Motion templates would be a plus.
