Content Strategist / Creative Strategist

Role Overview

ideating, developing, and executing high-impact content

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Own end-to-end content creation for Meta adsright from concept to execution.
  • Develop content strategies based on brand goals, product positioning, and consumer insights.
  • Brainstorm scripts, storylines, ad concepts, and creative hooks for high-performing campaigns.
  • Identify what type of content works best on Meta ads (UGC, testimonials, product demos, hooks, POVs, etc.).

Creative Development

  • Write engaging

    scripts for videos

    , short ads, UGC-style videos, and campaign content.
  • Develop mood boards, shot lists, and creative briefs for shoots.
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team, video editors, and graphic designers for content execution.
  • Review and refine creatives to ensure quality, consistency, and performance alignment.

Shoot Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate and plan shoots with creators, actors, editors & production teams.
  • Ensure the right narrative, framing, and storytelling during shoots.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of video and photo content until final delivery.

Performance Understanding

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand ad performance metrics.
  • Constantly iterate and refine creative direction based on what’s working.
  • Stay updated with latest digital content trends, Meta algorithm patterns, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    content strategy, creative strategy, or digital content creation

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Meta ads content styles

    and performance-driven creatives.
  • Excellent

    scriptwriting

    , storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
  • Experience collaborating in video shoots and working with creators/influencers.
  • Ability to visualize content, build storyboards, and lead creative execution.
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in D2C/E-commerce is a plus.
