The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and internal communication. Videography: Plan, shoot, and produce professional-quality video content for various purposes (e.g., promotional, instructional, corporate, event coverage). Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on location or in-studio. Collaborate with creative teams, marketing departments, or clients to understand video requirements and creative direction. Scout and manage shooting locations, prepare shoot schedules, and ensure all equipment is maintained and functional. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished final videos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Add effects, transitions, titles, music, color correction, and sound design to enhance video quality. Ensure videos are optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, etc.). Maintain an organized archive of video content and assets. Creative & Technical Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling. Provide creative input during pre-production and post-production to improve the overall quality of the output. Requirements: Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio or showreel required).
