About the Role: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience, especially in the beauty and personal care space. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to manage operations, drive growth, and support new marketplace onboarding and expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and regularly update dashboards for all beauty marketplace channels (e.g., Nykaa, Purplle, Meesho, Tira). Support inventory planning and stock management across platforms to ensure availability and visibility. Strategize, manage, and execute end-to-end onboarding processes for new e-commerce channels. Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including Performance Marketing, Operations, Finance, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media. Liaise with external partners and platform representatives to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. Monitor platform performance and highlight growth opportunities or concerns. Required Skills and Attributes: Strong communication and coordination skills. Quick learner with an agile mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving. A strong interest in e-commerce and a passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
