Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and continuously improve the companys e-commerce website (Product listings, checkout process, and content).
  • Drive

    sales growth

    across online channels (website + marketplaces) with a focus on computer hardware (Desktops, laptops, CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, storage devices, peripherals).
  • Build and maintain online product catalogues with accurate specifications, pricing, and high-quality visuals.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and web performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and vendors to ensure smooth

    order fulfilment

    and timely deliveries.
  • Engage in customer interaction, queries, and post-sales support to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Plan and manage

    seasonal promotions, discounts, and campaigns

    to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management to expand into new B2C channels and marketplaces.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (

    B.Tech preferred

    ).
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in

    B2C e-commerce and sales

    , with a strong preference for candidates from the

    computer hardware / electronics industry

    .
  • In-depth

    knowledge of computer hardware components and products

    .
  • Strong background in sales growth strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with

    e-commerce platforms.

  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working in a

    computer hardware distributor/reseller or e-commerce platform

    .
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems for sales tracking.
