Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Sales Manager will oversee and manage the entire online sales strategy and operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales plans, analyzing sales metrics, optimizing product listings, managing online marketing campaigns, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and driving continuous growth and profitability for the online store.

Qualifications

• Ecommerce Sales Management, Online Sales Strategy, and Sales Plan Development experience
• Skills in Sales Metrics Analysis, Product Listing Optimization, and Online Marketing Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and Departmental Coordination
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
