We are a leading jewellery manufacturing company expanding our digital presence across domestic and international markets. With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and modern designs, we aim to build a strong online brand and reach customers through ecommerce platforms and our own digital channels.

Position: Ecommerce Manager

Department: Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
Reporting to: Director / Head of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities1. Ecommerce Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement an end-to-end ecommerce roadmap for jewellery sales.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and sales across company website and marketplaces (Ebay, Etsy, Alibaba, and other international portals, etc.).
  • Identify domestic and global target markets for jewellery sales.

2. Digital Marketing & Brand Building

  • Drive SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business campaigns, aligning content with luxury jewellery branding.
  • Coordinate with graphics & photography teams for high-quality product images, lifestyle shoots, and creatives.

3. Customer Experience & Sales

  • Ensure seamless online shopping experience with accurate cataloguing, descriptions, and visuals.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related escalations professionally.
  • Work on retention strategies (loyalty programs, email marketing, influencer tie-ups).

4. Operations & Fulfilment

  • Supervise order processing, secure packaging, insurance, dispatch, and returns in line with jewellery industry standards.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for on-time and safe delivery of high-value orders.
  • Ensure compliance with jewellery hallmarking, certifications, and export norms where required.

5. Inventory & Analytics

  • Monitor stock availability, catalogue updates, and demand forecasting.
  • Track ecommerce KPIs (sales growth, ROI, conversion rates, CAC).
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales & performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or Luxury Brand Management.
  • 10 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in jewellery, fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle products.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and marketplace portals.
  • Experience in handling Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong eye for detail and luxury product presentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (marketing, graphics, dispatch, and inventory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
