Ecommerce Manager

• Responsible for creating, testing, monitoring, and continually optimising the brand store, product pages, and A+ content for existing and new products in all marketplaces to drive traffic and sales
• Optimize listings across online selling platforms (e.g Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) - perform ongoing keyword optimization and competitor analysis
• Liaise with AMZ/Flipkart Account Manager, escalating and following up cases, resolving listing and account issues, discussing deals & promotions opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon listing policies, guidelines and terms of service, identify possible violations and prepare action plans
• Extensive knowledge of Ecommerce's listing requirements and errors and ability to quickly correct issues
• Troubleshoot issues that arise, and communicate with Seller Support to find solutions
• Identify ways to improve conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases
• Expert in using formulas in Excel.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
