Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Chennai. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, coordinating with the sales team and production, analyzing online sales metrics, and optimizing the customer experience handling logistics, dispatches and ensuring timely deliveries. Day-to-day tasks will include liaising with internal departments, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing operational strategies to increase efficiency, sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in E-Commerce management and Logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
