🚀 Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Associate to join our team and work directly with the founder. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand building. As a key part of our growing startup, you will drive initiatives that amplify Pace Active’s presence, from creating engaging content to managing influencer relationships and coordinating brand partnerships

📋 Key Responsibilities

: • 🎥 Create product-centric UGC (User Generated Content), including photos and short-form videos, to showcase our products across digital channel

s • 🎨 Design graphics and visuals for ads, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral

s • 📆 Research, find, and coordinate relevant events (fitness expos, pop-ups, activations) that align with the bran

d • ✉️ Write compelling emailers, newsletters and WhatsApp broadcasts to promote product launches, offers, and brand stori

es • 🤝 Reach out to influencers, manage relationships, and coordinate influencer marketing campaig

ns • 📣 Liaise with external marketing agencies to align briefs, campaigns, and creative strategies with Pace Active’s brand goa

ls • 🔍 Explore new opportunities for brand growth, partnerships, and content channe

ls • 🌐 Suggest visual updates and improvements for the website to enhance product presentation, user experience, and conversion rat
