Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit

smart and proactive E-commerce Executive/Manager


Role Overview

This role involves managing:

  • Amazon listings, ads, storefront, SEO & catalog
  • Flipkart, Meesho & other platform listings
  • Quick Commerce (Blinkit & Instamart) PO scheduling
  • Shopify SEO & product uploads
  • Customer service
  • Inventory coordination & reporting


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management (Amazon + Flipkart + Meesho + Others)
  • Listing & Catalog
  • Create & optimize listings across all platforms
  • Write SEO-rich titles, bullets, descriptions & keywords
  • Coordinate with designer for infographics, images, A+ content
  • Manage variations (size, pack type, bundles)
  • Maintain accurate pricing & stock


Amazon Storefront

  • Build and update Amazon Brand Store
  • Create category pages (dry fruits, gourmet foods, gifting)
  • Add lifestyle banners and product collections
  • Optimize for navigation, aesthetics, and conversion
  • Use Store Insights to track visitor data & performance


Amazon PPC (Basic Level)

  • Run Sponsored Product campaigns
  • Adjust bids & optimize ACOS
  • Add keywords, block irrelevant search terms
  • Track daily performance


Account Health

  • Monitor performance metrics
  • Solve warnings, returns, and listing suppressions
  • Maintain high-quality customer experience


Quick Commerce (Swiggy Instamart + Blinkit)


PO Scheduling & Inventory

  • Schedule daily POs
  • Update stock on time to avoid penalties
  • Maintain high fill-rate (>90%)
  • Identify fast-moving grocery SKUs


Catalogue & Pricing

  • Ensure correct titles, images, weights, pricing
  • Fix errors, missing listings, or inactive SKUs
  • Monitor category ranking & visibility


Shopify Website Management


  1. Daily Tasks

  • Upload new products, bundles, gifting SKUs
  • Update product information & categories
  • Maintain clean collection pages


Shopify SEO

  • Optimize meta tags, alt tags, SEO titles
  • Improve URL structure and on-page SEO
  • Improve speed & search visibility


Customer Service (Amazon + Website + Marketplaces)

  • Respond to Amazon buyer messages within SLA
  • Handle website WhatsApp/email queries
  • Track returns & coordinate replacements
  • Monitor ratings and reviews
  • Provide polite, accurate customer responses
  • Share product complaint insights with QC team


Reporting & Communication

  • Daily sales report (Amazon + Flipkart + Meesho + Q-commerce + Website)
  • Weekly performance dashboard
  • Stock report and forecast
  • Bestsellers vs slow-movers
  • Competition tracking


Skills Required

Must Have

  • 1.5–4 years experience in e-commerce operations
  • Strong knowledge of

    Amazon Seller Central

  • Experience building or editing an

    Amazon Brand Storefront

  • Experience with

    Flipkart, Meesho

    listings
  • Basic experience with

    Blinkit/Instamart

    dashboards
  • Shopify product management + basic SEO
  • Basic Amazon PPC
  • Good English writing for customer replies
  • Excel proficiency (basics + VLOOKUP preferred)


Nice to Have

  • Experience in grocery/dry fruits/gourmet category
  • Graphic coordination skills (knowing what creatives needed)
  • Knowledge of FBA, delivery issues, and return analysis
