Ecommerce Manager

Role Overview

The E-commerce Manager will manage Nootie’s online marketplaces and website while analyzing sales data, customer behaviour, and product performance to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities (Short & Clear)

Marketplace Management

• Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online platforms.
• Upload/optimize product listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, images).
• Coordinate daily orders, returns, and inventory updates.

Website Management

• Update products, banners, and prices on the website.
• Improve website user experience (UX) and customer flow.
• Coordinate with developers for fixes, speed, and layout improvements.

Analysis & Reporting

• Track daily sales, conversions, traffic, and top-selling SKUs.
• Create weekly performance reports (marketplace + website).
• Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and competition.
• Identify trends and suggest ways to increase visibility and revenue.

Marketing & Promotions

• Run basic PPC ads on Amazon/Flipkart and monitor performance.
• Plan discounts, offers, and festive campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team for product images and website banners.

Inventory & Coordination

• Maintain stock levels across all platforms to avoid OOS.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch, packaging, and QC.
  

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of e-commerce experience.
• Strong understanding of Amazon/Flipkart dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of website management (Shopify/WordPress preferred).
• Good analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
