🧩 Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Shopify website management. This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing our e-commerce presence, improving product visibility, and supporting digital marketing efforts to enhance user experience, engagement, and sales.

✅ Key Responsibilities

 Website & E-Commerce Management

• Manage day-to-day website operations using Shopify.

• Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in product names, SKUs, descriptions, pricing, images, and tags.

• Organize collections and product categorization to ensure intuitive navigation.

• Optimize product listings for SEO (meta titles, keywords, alt text).

• Handle image editing and uploading for product thumbnails, banners, and detailed views.

• Ensure a seamless and premium UX/UI across the website.

• Use Hotjar and other tools to monitor user behavior and make improvements based on data insights. Digital Strategy & Performance

• Work with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost traffic and conversion rates.

• Support SEO and SEM efforts by aligning product and content structure with search best practices.

• Optimize website performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability.

• Coordinate with external agencies (if applicable) for technical or campaign-related support.

Performance Monitoring

• Track and report on key website KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, conversions, and customer flow.

• Identify and suggest website improvements using Google Analytics and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with marketing for A/B testing, page layout adjustments, and call-to-action enhancements. Content & Visual Management

• Coordinate with the design team to ensure consistent and high-quality imagery for products and promotional banners.

• Work with the inventory and merchandising teams to reflect accurate product availability and stock status.

• Update homepage banners, lookbooks, and collection highlights in line with marketing campaigns. 

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

4–8years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website management.

Strong knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM practices.

Proficiency with Canva/Photoshop and data-driven website optimization.

Experience in a luxury/lifestyle brand preferred.
