Ecommerce Manager

Key Responsibilities of candidates include

• Manage the day-to-day Operations of all e-commerce marketplace portals.
• Manage individual and bulk listings, update product data specifications, images pricing discounts, etc.
• Reports generation, sales analysis, and inventory replenishment to avoid out-of-stock of critical SKUs.
• Monitoring promotional activities like price optimization, PPC, and coupons across all marketplaces, maintaining monthly and quarterly
• growth numbers across portals.
• Should be familiar with Amazon Vendor Central NIS && Order Processing, Flipkart Opt-ins, and Myntra coupons.
• Basic Knowledge of AMS and Flipkart PCA Ads is preferable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and customers.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of company products and logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP
• Customer relationship management - Resolve issues and manage customer relationships to create lasting associations Training and mentoring
