Role Overview

We are hiring an E-Commerce Manager who can grow and take ownership of e-commerce operations to contribute meaningfully to Greenwood. This cross-functional role offers exposure to digital commerce, brand-building, and strategic execution—creating impact through data-driven thinking and platform expertise.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end management of Greenwood’s online storefronts on Amazon, Shopify, and Facebook Marketplace

● Ensure consistent and optimized product listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms

● Design and implement paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms

● Track platform analytics and campaign performance; derive actionable insights to improve KPIs

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality product content and customer experience

● Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and analytics best practices

● Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and compliance across digital platforms

Qualifications & Skills

● 2–3 years of relevant experience managing e-commerce platforms

● Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Facebook Marketplace

● Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

● Familiarity with optimization tools like Helium10 , JungleScout and SellerApp

● Proven experience in vendor management, including vendor onboarding, relationship handling, and performance optimization to drive operational efficiency across the supply chain.

● Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities

● Excellent coordination and communication skills

● Candidates based in and around Delhi NCR preferred
