Exp- 3–6 years of experience managing ecommerce growth across marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms

Profile Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-focused Key Account Manager to drive growth across marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho) and Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ads management, brand visibility enhancement, and channel-specific scaling strategies — preferably with experience in the Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) category.

Skills:

1- Proven expertise in ads management and scaling brand presence in ecommerce

2- Strong command of analytics tools and marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)

3- Hands-on experience in the Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) category preferred

4- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and execution focus

Team Management:

1. Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.

2. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to optimize productivity.

3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Operations Management:

1. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

2. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.

3. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Inventory and Stock Management:

1. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishments.

2. Manage stock audits and prevent shrinkage or losses.

3. Implement effective inventory control measures.

Compliance and Reporting:

1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

2. Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory.

3. Submit timely reports to management on store performance.
