Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This role requires hands-on experience in running campaigns, optimizing listings, managing deals and offers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across these platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, etc.)

Run and monitor sponsored ad campaigns and promotions (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)

Plan and execute deals, offers, and participation in platform events (e.g., Big Billion Days, Prime Day)

Analyze sales data and platform performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of e-commerce strategies

Handle customer queries and reviews to maintain high service standards

Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness

Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies and guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra seller accounts

Hands-on knowledge of running platform ads and executing deals/campaigns

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, analytics, and reporting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting

Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred
