Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and manage the company’s online sales channels, implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, and monitor performance metrics. Responsibilities include managing product listings, optimizing content, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and fulfillment, analyzing customer trends, and improving the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data, track performance metrics, and interpret customer trends
• Excellent Communication Skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and E-Commerce operations, including managing online sales platforms and improving conversion rates
• Experience in Marketing strategies to drive traffic, engage customers, and enhance brand visibility
• Familiarity with online retail tools, platforms, and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams
