About Us

WildGlow is a fast-growing beauty & cosmetics brand bringing innovative K-beauty-inspired products to India. We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Head who can scale our online business and lead growth across D2C and marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all e-commerce channels – website (D2C) and marketplaces.
• Plan and execute online sales, campaigns, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage overall e-commerce P&L, budgets, and targets.
• Optimize website traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase rate.
• Oversee listings, product content, inventory, and customer journey.
• Drive performance marketing, SEO, social media, and influencer collaborations.
• Build and lead a small, result-driven e-commerce & digital team.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and operations for smooth execution.
• Analyze data and create reports to improve revenue and ROI.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of e-commerce / growth experience (beauty, Skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle preferred).
• Proven record of scaling D2C or marketplace business.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and online sales strategy.
• Leadership skills with hands-on execution mindset.
• Excellent communication & decision-making skills.
• Immediate joiners only (or within 30 days).
