Role Overview

E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on
Shopify
and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Oversee order flow, returns, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for growth.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams for launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Monitor website performance and ensure smooth customer experience.
Assist with digital marketing efforts including SEO, ads tracking, and email campaigns.
