We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive our online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong business mindset, hands-on experience with ads, campaigns, product listings, and brand visibility, and solid connections with platform teams to ensure smooth onboarding and growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow online presence across multiple marketplaces (domestic international). Create and optimize product listings with engaging content, A+ pages, SEO-friendly titles descriptions. Plan, run, and analyze advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, etc). Build strong working relationships with marketplace category managers to unlock growth opportunities. Develop pricing, promotion, and bundling strategies to maximize revenue. Track KPIs conversion rates, CTR, ROAS, inventory turnover, and profitability. Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure timely stock and smooth fulfillment. Identify new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships for expansion.
