Requirements: Proven experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and analyse situations to provide effective solutions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
