This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Customer Service, located in Mumbai. The Head of Customer Service will be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and experience, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and analyzing customer service metrics. Day-to-day tasks include managing the customer service team, handling escalated customer issues, and improving processes to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
