Job Description:

- This role will be part of a team within GTS providing solutions for ResMeds internal Operations functions including Procurement Supply Chain Planning
- The primary role of the Tech Business Analyst is to enable business solutions as part of an Agile digital technology team The BA will work closely with the product owner technical team other BA team members and design team facilitating clear and open communication with business stakeholders SaaS vendors as well as internal and external end users of our enterprise solutions distributed around the world
- Engage with stakeholders and end users to research identify develop and document requirements
- Facilitate ideation solution design workshops
- Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes developing forwardthinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity
- Define and document current tobe business processes
