E-commerce Operations Manager

Ecommerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and manage critical operational metrics, such as order forecasts to predict demand accurately, regional inventory levels to optimize stock availability, and comprehensive supply chain management to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee daily channel operations to streamline processes and enhance workflow, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries to all platforms, monitor logistics, and address any potential issues proactively to minimize delays.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with aggregators and partners, facilitating collaboration and ensuring that both parties achieve their strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement a detailed quarterly strategy in partnership with the platform, focusing on effective space planning and allocation to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field + Master's degree (preferred)
• 5 years in e-commerce operations

• Proven experience in inventory management
• Expertise in logistics and fulfilment
• Strong vendor management skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Ability to analyze data and create reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and organizational prowess
