Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (Opp. Station)

About the Role:
We are urgently hiring an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage and optimise our online sales channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and B2B platforms. This role involves handling daily operations, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Order Fulfilment: Process and coordinate online and B2B orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyse KPIs such as sales, returns, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Compliance: Ensure all listings and operations follow platform policies to avoid penalties or account issues.
• Customer Support: Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operations, and market trends for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 70% marks in Class 10 and 12
• Any degree is acceptable
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or B2B orders)
• Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce management tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Must be able to easily commute to our Kandivali West office

Salary: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (based on experience)
