Marketplace Manager

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management — from listings, keyword optimization, pricing, inventory syncing to campaign execution and revenue growth. If you’ve got experience running backend ops and ad strategy for top marketplaces, this is for you.

• End-to-end account management on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.
• Product listing: cataloging, copywriting, image uploads, and SEO optimization
• Pricing strategy, offers, discounts, and stock visibility alignment
• Run and optimize

  sponsored ads and display campaigns

  within platforms
• Handle order dispatch coordination, return/replacement tracking, and service levels
• Coordinate with operations and design teams for smooth listing and launch cycles
• Monitor dashboards for sales, performance, returns, reviews, and ad ROI
• Competitor tracking and insights reporting
• Drive monthly revenue targets and maintain platform health score

• 1–5 years

  of experience managing Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra seller central or aggregator platforms
• Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and listing SOPs
• Proficient in keyword research, listing optimization, pricing, and campaign management
• Hands-on with Excel, reports, and daily marketplace hygiene
• Good communication (English), email and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, performance-led team
