Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our online sales across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Zepto, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, advertising campaigns, keyword optimization, performance analysis, and ensuring maximum visibility and sales through effective marketplace strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Listing & Catalog Management Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords. Upload new products and ensure all listings meet the marketplace’s compliance and SEO guidelines. Manage inventory updates, pricing, and stock synchronization across platforms. Coordinate with the design and content team for product photos, infographics, and A+ content. 2. Marketplace Operations Handle daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Zepto, and others. Monitor product performance, order flow, returns, and customer feedback. 3. Advertising & Campaign Management Plan and execute sponsored ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.). Optimize campaigns for better ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Conduct keyword analysis and bid optimization for paid campaigns. Track and report ad performance and recommend improvements. 4. Optimization For Amazon , Flipkart Conduct keyword research for organic visibility improvement. Optimize product listings for search ranking and discoverability. Analyze competitors’ listings, pricing, and promotional activities. Improve product conversion rates through A/B testing of titles, descriptions, and images. 5. Analytics & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion, ads performance). Identify growth opportunities through sales trend analysis. Monitor marketplace policies, new updates, and algorithm changes. 6. Coordination & Strategy Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams. Develop pricing and promotional strategies to boost product visibility and profitability. Manage participation in flash sales, deals, and seasonal campaigns. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Hub, Snapdeal Seller Panel, or Zepto Partner Dashboard. Knowledge of inventory management tools and PPC advertising dashboards. Basic understanding of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) for listing images (optional). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Growth in marketplace sales and revenue. Improved product ranking and visibility. ROI and performance of advertising campaigns. Reduction in order cancellations and returns. Accuracy and quality of product listings.
