Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Executive (Amazon & Flipkart) Experience: 2 to 5 Years Location: Sector 38 Gurugram | On-Site & Full-time Only Industry: E-commerce / D2C / Consumer Goods About Us: At BabyAura Essentials, we are committed to providing high-quality and trusted baby care and wellness products. As we expand our retail footprint, we are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive who will manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The candidate should be hands-on with listings, advertising, pricing, and overall marketplace performance preferably in the baby products or pharmaceuticals sector. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and optimize product listings with strong titles, descriptions, keywords, and images. Manage Amazon & Flipkart Ads (PPC), including campaign setup, optimization, budget control, and performance tracking. Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rate, ranking, and other key marketplace metrics. Plan and execute promotional activities, coupons, deals, and sale event participation. Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams to ensure proper inventory levels and timely order fulfillment. Handle marketplace support tickets, account health, policy compliance, claims, and return issues. Perform competitor and pricing research to maintain a competitive position. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest improvements. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. Strong knowledge of product listing SEO, keyword research, and catalog management. Practical experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart PPC campaigns. Good understanding of pricing, commissions, margins, and profitability. Ability to analyze data and make growth-focused decisions. Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience with additional marketplaces like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Meesho, Jiomart, etc., is a plus & preferred. Familiarity with FBA / Flipkart Smart Warehouse operations.
