E-commerce Marketplace Executive

The E-commerce Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, sales operations, promotions, and customer service on leading online sales platforms. Your role will involve creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on multiple online platforms while ensuring adherence to marketplace guidelines and company standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels, processing orders, coordinating packaging & shipping, and running paid promotions to boost sales. Additionally, you will track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates, prepare regular reports, respond to customer queries, and manage returns, refunds, and replacements in a professional manner. It is important to stay updated on marketplace policy changes and industry trends to effectively manage online sales platforms. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for Commerce, Business, or Marketing. You must have at least 3 years of experience in managing online sales platforms and possess knowledge of platform dashboards, listing tools, and basic SEO for product listings. Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with e-commerce ERP tools, basic knowledge of product photography and editing, and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, offering a monthly salary ranging from 19,000 to 39,000 based on experience.
