My Pahadi Dukan is a health and wellness D2C Brand and Marketplace featuring products from communities and small enterprises from the mountains. Our focus is on offering unique and high-quality Himalayan products to a global audience.


Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Manager who will manage the end-to-end operations of our online sales. The role requires hands-on experience with order booking, shipment creation, tracking, and returns management across multiple dashboards like Shiprocket, Shipturtle, Amazon, Shopify, and other partner platforms.

This person will ensure smooth, timely, and error-free order fulfilment while working with our customer happiness team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


Honesty, integrity, attention to detail and good communication skills are essential for this role.


Reports directly to the Founder of My Pahadi Dukan.


Key Responsibilities:

Order Management and Fulfilment:

  • Process and book orders daily across our website and Amazon
  • Generate shipping labels, schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Manage bulk order uploads and multi-channel order syncing.
  • Monitor NDR (non-delivery reports), coordinate reattempts, and reduce RTO (return-to-origin).

Online Inventory and Warehouse Coordination:

  • Update inventory across platforms to avoid overselling/stockouts.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Maintain SKU-level stock accuracy and forecast refill needs.

Daily reporting and tracking:

  • Maintain daily MIS reports (orders, RTO %, delivery rate, inventory, delays).
  • Track courier performance and highlight operational bottlenecks.
  • Suggest process improvements for faster dispatch and lower logistics costs.

Marketplace coordination:

  • Manage order-related tasks on Amazon and other marketplaces in future.
  • Work with marketplace account managers to resolve penalties, claims, and operational tickets.


Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or fulfillment.
  • Hands-on expertise in Shiprocket, Shipturtle, Shopify dashboard, and other courier aggregator platforms.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and return logistics.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    Shopify

    , OMS tools, or warehouse management systems.
  • Background in FMCG, D2C or marketplace operations.
  • Understanding of packaging standards, courier SLAs, and logistics cost optimization.


We work 6 days a week, Mon-Sat (Onsite - Bahadurgarh, HR)
