Job Description

E-commerce Manager

E-commerce Manager is responsible for driving business expansion, increasing sales, and maximizing brand presence on leading B2B e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage company product listings on B2B platforms like Amazon Business, Flipkart Wholesale, Myntra for B2B, Nykaa PRO, and Purplle Partner.buildstream+1​
  • Strategize and execute plans to increase sales, revenue, and brand visibility through optimized product listings, bulk deals, and promotional campaigns.betterteam+1​
  • Optimize product content, images, and SEO on all marketplace portals for maximum discoverability and conversion.business.linkedin+1​
  • Lead negotiations and collaborations with category managers and purchase teams at marketplace partners.shopify+1​
  • Track and analyze key metrics (GMV, order volume, fill rate, conversion rate, buyer feedback) to identify growth opportunities and assess campaign effectiveness.buildstream+1​
  • Manage business relationships, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment processes tailored to B2B buyers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.business.linkedin+1​
  • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, product, finance, tech) for seamless order processing and account management.indeed+1​
  • Stay updated with B2B e-commerce trends, platform policy changes, and category-specific programs to ensure compliance and competitiveness.shopify+1​
  • Resolve buyer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently to maintain excellent marketplace ratings.indeed+1​

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.indeed+1​
  • In-depth experience working with B2B e-commerce marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, and others).betterteam+1​
  • Proven success in scaling B2B marketplace accounts, achieving sales targets, and developing successful campaigns.betterteam+1​
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, sales dashboards, BI tools) and familiarity with e-commerce reporting.randstad+1​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,437.45 - ₹45,263.72 per month
