The candidate should manage listings, orders, ads, stock, and online growth. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords). Handle orders, returns, payments, and customer queries. Run marketplace ads and improve product ranking. Plan offers, promotions, and sale events. Coordinate with warehouse team for stock updates and dispatch. Monitor sales, competition, and prepare weekly reports. Create a new strategy for sales. Improve ratings, reviews, and customer experience. Required Skills Experience in marketplace management (Amazon/Flipkart) is a must. Knowledge of listings, ads, SEO, reports, and dashboards. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly targets. Preferred Skills Experience with FMCG / Cosmetic products. Knowledge of Shopify or D2C website management.
