Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies. Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches. Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, performance marketing) to ensure cohesive messaging. Stay updated on influencer trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities. Build long-term relationships with key influencers to strengthen brand advocacy. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships. Experience with 3rd-party e-commerce platforms is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and Nykaa (product listings, catalog updates, pricing, promotions). Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on KPIs.
