Influencer Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager to lead collaborations with influencers across beauty, lifestyle, and wellness categories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building influencer relationships, executing campaigns, and driving measurable ROI through authentic brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, performance marketing) to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.
• Build long-term relationships with key influencers to strengthen brand advocacy.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships.
• Strong network of influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness niches preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Creative eye for content and understanding of social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
