Job Profile: E-Commerce Manager Position Overview The E-Commerce Manager will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing plans specifically for the e-commerce domain. The role involves enhancing the company's online presence, driving sales through digital channels, and managing online marketing campaigns. This position requires overseeing a team of marketing professionals, coordinating with other departments, and leading market research efforts to optimize the company's e-commerce strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce-specific marketing plans. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Market Analysis Conduct research to identify market trends and customer needs. Budget Management Oversee the marketing budget and report on campaign effectiveness. Brand Management Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online platforms. Digital Marketing Manage SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Content Creation Oversee e-commerce-specific content creation, including product descriptions. Website Development Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website. Social Media Marketing Develop business through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. E-commerce Development Expand business through e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. Assist in managing product listings, descriptions, and promotions on the company website and other e-commerce platforms. Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred. However, experience is more preferred than qualification, so apply if you are a digital marketing enthusiast.  5-7 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Skills  Leadership, communication, digital marketing tools proficiency, analytical thinking, creativity.  Understanding of e-commerce marketing concepts, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.  Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Personal Attributes Results-driven, innovative, strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of digital marketing and a passion for ecommerce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
